South Carolina restaurants are under orders to provide only take-out orders for customers.  The order came down yesterday and was acknowledged to 101.7/WGOG NEWS by a Westminster restaurateur, Yousef Mefleh.  Mefleh says his restaurant will stay open, but food prepared will be available only to take-out customers.
