Fire chief becomes city administrator

Brandon Burton has moved up the ladder in Walhalla government.  The fire chief was approved last night by the city council to be the new city administrator, in place of Brent Taylor who resigned.  Burton had served as interim administrator.  He’ll work under a three-year contract that will pay him $70 thousand a year and provide him a city car.  […]
