The state health agency reports 953 new, confirmed COVID-19 cases in today’s report.  There were 21 new Oconee cases. Yesterday’s DHEC report contained 524.  New deaths statewide reported today were 15.  DHEC received the results yesterday of 7,198 tests statewide, for which there was a 13.2% positivity.
