Emergency scene in Walhalla neighborhood

Several residents of a Walhalla neighborhood can’t get in or out at this hour, as the result of a broken electric power pole and downed a tree and power lines. The affected neighborhood is Andover Way and N. Andover. Fire Chief Brandon Burton says the streets are temporarily closed, and Duke Energy repair crews have arrived.
