A new bill in Washington is called “Get Americans Back to Work” and Tim Scott, South Carolina Republican, is a Senate co-sponsor.  Scott accuses the Democratic Biden administration of pushing policy that pays people not to work and that, says Scott, further cripples the economy recovery.
