Numbers from South Carolina DHEC show that, by midnight last night, about one-half of the available hospital beds in Oconee County were filled with patients.  Of those beds, nine were occupied by patients with COVID-19.

New cases of COVID-19 on today’s report from South Carolina DHEC:  397.  Fifteen are Oconee County cases.  Statewide, there were 19 additional deaths.  Of 9,945 test results, the South Carolina positivity was 5.4%.  These numbers are the data that reflect the end of the 24-hour count at 11:59 Tuesday night.

On today’s report from South Carolina DHEC:  health authorities confirm 397 new cases of COVID-19 in the state.  Thirteen of those cases are Oconee County residents.  Added to the statewide death toll today:  11 individuals.  Of 10,038 test results, the new positivity 5.5%.
