All Oconee County Solid Waste facilities will be closed Monday, May 31 for Memorial Day.  Offices of the city of Seneca and its Light and Water Plant will be closed Monday.  For the convenience of utility bill payers, the night deposit is open 24 hours.  If you have a utility emergency, call 885-2723.
