Read moreOn what appears to be a 90-degree or higher day, Clemson’s Twelve Mile Recreation Area re-opens today for swimming. The beach, along with the restroom, was declared off limits several hours yesterday to allow for water line upgrades. Access to the boat ramp was allowed yesterday.
