America finishes another of its annual birthday bashes

Oconeeans did their part with the rest of America in celebrating another of this country’s birthdays–the achievement of independence from its mother country, England.  The festivities local were as usual lively and, in some cases, boisterous.  So far, at least, no reports of any problems.  Oconee County Dispatch received its normal share of complaints about fireworks.
