Two Westminster public schools are on the receiving end of new administrators. The county trustees yesterday approved the hiring of Graham Parker Dennis, from Seneca Middle School, as assistant principal at Orchard Park Elementary; Jessica Thomas, a Powdersville Elementary teacher, is to assume assistant principal at Westminster Elementary.
