Small car flips on busy 123

Medical transport was required this morning for a Pendleton motorist whose Kia overturned on U-S 123 between Seneca and Clemson.  The state patrol logged the accident at 10:05 this morning and reported that the driver said he took evasive action to avoid an object on the pavement, but that’s when his car went out of control and flipped.
