From British Columbia to Seneca High

A man with degrees from both Clemson and the University of South Carolina is the new assistant principal at Seneca High School.  The Oconee School District announces the appointment of Glenn McAtee, formerly of British Columbia, Canada to the position.  He’s one of three administrative hirings announced today by the school district.  The others are Josh Holliday, leaving the principal’s job at Keowee Elementary, to serve as principal at Walhalla Elementary School. At the district level, the job of director of elementary special education goes to Robin Cox, principal of Ravenel Elementary School.  At a recent county trustees’ meeting, the hope was expressed that whoever fills the job will make strides to improve the poor performance of the county’s special education students.
