Serious highway 24 accident

A section of South Carolina 24 in the Crossroads-Oakway area reopened to traffic last night after a three-vehicle accident about six hours earlier. Charlie King, Oconee fire chief, said the accident involved two SUVs and a dump truck, and two of the vehicles caught fire. Three people were taken to the hospital.
