Vandals strike at the Christmas season

Vandals in Seneca apparently have a low regard for the spirit of the season.  City officials tell that someone last night destroyed Christmas decorations at the Norton-Thompson Park downtown, and the police are investigating.  Chief John Covington says the latest estimates have raised the financial loss from $3 to $5 thousand dollars.
