Computer error plagued the South Carolina Lottery

One-permit system arrives January 1

Changes in permit procedures take effect with the start of 2018 in Clemson.  The city has announced a one-permit system, applications for which can be found on the city website.  In a one-permit system, sub contractors are to work under the general contractor or residential builder which means that a sub contractor list will be required before inspections are scheduled.
