Police, fire, and ambulance vehicles are at the scene of an accident at Seneca’s East End Intersection.  And from what one passerby could tell, it appears the wreckage for now is blocking any turns from 123 onto EN 1st Street.  We now have a report that two vehicles were involved and the injuries appear to be minor in nature.
