Second arrest in Westminster shooting

A second man has been arrested in the police investigation of gunfire last week at a Westminster street corner.  According to law enforcement records, the second arrest is that of Jerad Milton Grimes.  Eighteen-year old Grimes is charged with assault/battery by mob second degree in the shooting that wounded and hospitalized a 24-year old man.

The state DNR is reminding anglers of the legal limits on taking trout.  A DNR officer cited two fishermen near the Walhalla Fish Hatchery for carrying five trout out  at a time back to their car.  Between the two, according to Sgt. A new use for a 123 By-Pass building

Jim Charbonneau is the new owner of the former Stoudemire building on the 123 Seneca ByPass, and he will move his Golden Corner Wealth Advisers there.  But that isn’t all.  Charbonneau has a contractor to make changes to the building, including the installation of an elevator.  On the second floor, he plans to create office space for other businesses.
