A new man will be strategizing Walhalla High baseball in 2022.  And Razorback fans, players, and others get the chance to meet the new head baseball coach.  He’s Tim Cummings.  Principal Steve Garrett says there will be a meet-and-greet with Cummings at 6 o’clock Tuesday, July 20 in the high school auditorium.

Hate crime law gets initial reading

The Clemson City Council last night gave first reading approval to a hate crime ordinance that would create separate offenses for biased-based crime and provide penalties.  Offenders could face a fine of $500 or a jail sentence of 30 days, and the court would have the option to order counseling or an education program.
