Wildfires raise drought concern

A 12-and-under Westminster recreation volleyball team won the state championship.  The girls, and their coach Lacy Fant, were applauded last night by Westminster City Council and given certificates denoting their accomplishment.  They posed for pictures behind a banner that contained the names of each volleyballer.  Councilman Mefleh said, “You made us proud.”
