Relaxing square foot requirement for homebuilding

Seneca’s planning commissioners will evaluate whether a rezoning request is acceptable for 16 acres at Dalton Road, Queen Street, and Rocky Ridge Circle. Current requirement is a minimum of 20 thousand square feet for a single-family home site.  The request of Dan Freeman/Freeman and Martin LLC at city hall Monday evening will be to re-zone from residential-20 to residential-15.
