Westminster’s new assistant administrator, Reagan Osbon, received compliments last night from Mayor Brian Ramey for obtaining a $10 thousand energy grant to be used to replace streetlights downtown. On both Main Street and Windsor Street, the phosphorous lights will be replaced by LED lighting.
