World Spay Day
Oconee County pet owners are eligible tomorrow for $50 worth of spay/neuter vouchers (dogs or cats). The occasion, says the county Humane Society, is World Spay Day, to be observed 10 am to 5 pm at the shelter, 1925 Sandifer Boulevard.
