Where Scott and Graham stood on the spending bill

Enough Democrats and Republicans came together in the U-S Senate to vote for the spending bill that prevents a government shutdown.  South Carolina’s senators took differing viewpoints on the $1.7 trillion dollar package.  Lindsey Graham voted yes and declared the Senate passage a big win for the American military.  His colleague, Tim Scott, however, voted no and called the bill bloated.  While Scott explained he’s pleased the bill passed, he believes it was rushed and includes the kinds of government waste that he believes voters sent him to Washington to fight against.
