West Union church venue for pro-family event

One definition of a blended family is a couple with two or more children, of whom at least one is the natural or adopted child, and at least one is the stepchild of one partner.  An Oconee church member, Sue Glenn, says you might be surprised how many blended families there are in the country.  That’s why her church, the Hope Church near West Union, will host a “Blended and Blessed” live-stream April 2.  Glenn says a core value of her church is to empower the family.  Hope Church invites the public Saturday, April 2 for the 9:30 am to 4:30 pm live-stream.  There will be a break to allow you to find lunch on your own.  “Blended and Blessed” tickets are $5 dollars.  You can learn more by tuning to WGOG’s ‘Community Soundoff’ during the noon hour Sunday.  Glenn will impart info on how couples may register.  She’s also available to answer questions at 864-723-5859.
