Water district vehicle thefts solved with arrests

Oconee Sheriff’s Office announces two Anderson County men are jailed, accusaed of stealing a pair of trucks last month belonging to the Pioneer Rural Water District at Oakway.  The following charges are placed against Kenneth Robert Clark Jr., 54:  accessory before the fact of a felony and accessory after the fact of a felony; Steven Louis Garrison, 30:  grand larceny, malicious injury to property.  Cops are seeking the public’s help in learning the whereabouts of a third Anderson County man – 45-year old Robert Shane Lollis of Belton, wanted on charges of grand larceny and malicious injury to property.  On November 23 near Oakway, a deputy received reports of two males entering the property and stealing two work trucks.  The drivers of the work trucks rammed the front gates of the business and headed south on highway 24 toward Anderson.
