Watch party/campaign event

A Saturday night political event in Seneca is planned to satisfy a couple of purposes.  Assistant prosecutor Beth Blundy invites the public for a kickoff for her campaign this year to win the office of 10th Circuit Solicitor — Oconee and Anderson counties.  The seat, now held by David Wagner, is available as Wagner has signaled his intent to retire at the end of his current term.  Saturday night’s event will start at 7 o’clock at the 313 Cafe.  It’s a free event; however, donations to the Blundy campaign will be accepted at the door.  The event will also feature the following:  a watch party for the Republican presidential primary, music, and hors D’oeuvres.
