Walhalla city hall announcements

Monday is President’s Day, and Walhalla city offices are closed.  Here is the garbage pickup schedule:  Monday’s trash will be picked up Tuesday, the 21st, and Wednesday, the 22nd.  All other routes remain the same.  5:30 Tuesday evening at city hall is the time and day for the city council’s February meeting.  Atop the agenda:  Mayor’s proclamation to recognize Black History Month and contributions of black residents to the city.  A separate resolution for Black History Month is to recognize the contributions of Martha Wright of Moore’s Avenue to local government.
