Wal-Mart customer’s scary parking lot experience

Oconee sheriff’s officers have arrested a 36-year old Louisiana resident on the charge of fugitive from justice in the state of Georgia.  The man arrested Wednesday was identified as Brandon Lamark Banks.  A deputy quoted a woman during the 4 o’clock morning hour as being in fear of getting out of her car in the Walmart parking lot when she saw a cream-colored Cadillac in motion at the bottom of the lot and eventually drove behind the store building. According to the sheriff’s office report, a deputy located the car and thru a driver’s license, he and a second officer identified Banks.  According to the sheriff’s office, a records check showed Banks wanted by Georgia for the offense of probation violation.  County Dispatch confirmed that Fulton County, Georgia authorities wish to start extradition proceedings.
