Two men arrested after shots fired in Utica

After a search warrant yesterday, two Seneca men were in custody in an Oconee Sheriff’s Office investigation that started last Friday after shots were fired from a vehicle at a home on Sirrine Street in Utica. The men arrested are Standestin Lamar Earl and Daylyn Christopher Kennel.  Twenty-two-year-old Earl faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession with intent to distribute Ecstasy; 21-year-old Kennel is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.  An arrest warrant charges Earl further with discharging a firearm into a dwelling April 19 on Sirrine Street.
