Two arrested in a state line traffic stop

It happened Friday morning last week off 123 near the Georgia-South Carolina line.  Oconee K-9 officer Zeke searched a car and, in the end, multiple charges were placed against driver and passenger.  According to the sheriff’s office, heroin and fentanyl were found in a Chevy Equinox and passenger Martin Acosta Jr. was arrested.  The following charges were placed against the 39-year-old Seneca resident:  trafficking in meth, possession with intent to distribute heroin, and the possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.  Car Driver Aureliana Louise Stringer was arrested and charged with unlawfully placing a child at risk.
