“Too many issues” prompt cell phone policy changes

Handheld phones can be lifesavers; they also can create problems for teachers who try to properly educate their students.  And Oconee public schools are adjusting their policy this year on electronic communication devices.  Steve Hanvey, the associate superintendent, today provided 101.7/WGOG NEWS an explanation.  What he says is being re-played today on our over-the-air newscasts.
