Three hurt in s. highway 11 crash

Three people were hurt today in an accident involving two trucks on s. highway 11 at the Blackjack Road.  This morning’s accident was another at what is known as an accident-prone intersection in Oconee’s section of the two-lane Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway.  Interviewed by 101.7/WGOG NEWS, state trooper Brandon Bolt offers advice to avoid accidents on 11 –whether on a straight-away section of the highway or involving one of the many country roads that access 11.
