Tech fall commencement tonight

The fall commencement for Tri-County Technical College is on tap at 6 o’clock tonight at Clemson University’s Brooks Center for the Performing Arts.  Speaking to the graduates will be Rita Rao, a retired toy industry executive.  In her career, Rao started at entry-level and finished as executive vice president of Mattel Inc.
