May 15-21 is Transportation Week, and Seneca has responded with a proclamation, as well as a few words from the mayor on the importance of free bus service in his city.  Seneca’s proclamation notes that Oconee’s largest municipality made history a few years ago when it became the first municipality to convert its gas-powered vehicles to electric vehicles.
