Female stabbed in Westminster

The police in Westminster say a 20-year old female was stabbed in the back and taken by EMS to the hospital today.  The police say a 19-year old man, Joseph Bertich, was arrested and sent to jail, charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.  The police found the victim at the Johnson Street apartments.
