Suspected burglar may have sought a place to sleep
The police in Seneca have been given indications that a man arrested Friday and charged with burglary may have had the intent of finding a place to sleep. Law enforcement records show multiple charges against Andrew Joseph Rollings, a 33-year old for whom no fixed address is known by law enforcement. City police reports show a neighbor alerted officers that no one was supposed to be in a home, from which an individual was seen exiting the attached garage/carport. Two policemen made contact with their suspect near S. Townville and ES 4th streets.
