“Still in shock” — says Westminster mayor

              A picture of a smiling Yousef Mefleh and an arrangement of red roses occupied the seat last night for the late Westminster councilman.  And there were words of tribute paid to Mefleh by, among others, Councilwoman Daby Snipes and Councilman Dale Glymph.  Because Westminster is still in shock by the restaurateur’s sudden death, Mayor Brian Ramey says it’s too early for city government to respond with an official remembrance.
