Should an Oconee municipality stick to its “No Fowl” rule?

The higher store costs to buy eggs, a concern that rated mention last night at the Walhalla City Hall.  Councilman Grant Keehn tested his colleagues thoughts on whether the city should exempt the zoning regulation against raising chickens inside the corporate limits.  But, according to Councilman Keith Pace, cleanliness and proper sanitation are concerns.
