Seneca welcomes Greg Levi to the downtown

Seneca Mayor Dan Alexander and City Administrator Scott Moulder have been given the authority to consummate a downtown real estate transaction, in which the city will siphon off part of the Harper’s Plaza property to an entrepreneur named Greg Levi.  For parting with Harper’s Plaza Building “C”, Seneca will receive $225 thousand, according to Moulder.  A vote by city council last night gives either Moulder or Mayor Alexander the authority to sign off on the deal.  Moulder told 101.7/WGOG NEWS that Levi, at this point, is unsure exactly how he will use the 2,400 square-foot building but it could be a restaurant or a clothing store.
