Second stand-alone Starbucks designated for Oconee

A new building at Hartwell Village shopping center is being reserved for a stand-alone Starbucks restaurant.  A sketch of the current layout of Hartwell Village by shopping center developer Casto shows a parcel fronting 123 near Popeye’s will be the new Starbucks.  One Starbucks user this week said she was pleased to hear that news, considering how difficult it is to get in out of the parking lot at the nearby Clemson Starbucks.
