Second crusher suggested at the quarry

“Lot of angry business owners.”  That was the complaint last night by one of the regular customers of the Oconee County Rock Quarry in the Five Forks Community.  Chris Martin of Palmetto State Haulers says changes at the quarry are needed to keep the trucks of haulers filled with crushed stone for their customers.  Martin complained the busy quarry of late has nearly run out of product and he suggested adding a second shift at the county’s money-making enterprise which is frequented by local and out of county haulers who take advantage of cheap prices.  Martin says delays in getting stone product for three customers at Hartwell Village is costing him money and, through correlation, costs the county.
