Walhalla restaurant rumor

Here’s what Scott Parris, utilities director, is saying about talk that the city has issued a water tap for a Waffle Hut off SC 28, the Blue Ridge Boulevard.  “The city has not approved any taps in the area of Zaxby’s”.
