Ramey positioned to return to sewer board

Westminster City Council gave tentative approval last night to an ordinance that would make the mayor an ex-officio member of the Joint Regional Sewer Authority.  In the case of Brian Ramey, the current mayor, he’ll find himself back to a seat on the board that sets the policy for the three-municipality sewer operations of Seneca, Walhalla, and Westminster.
