Poll workers take Narcan training

Election officials and poll workers in Georgia now must think about protecting themselves from fentanyl.  After a fentanyl-laced letter sent to Fulton County election officials, election personnel across Georgia have trained on the use of Narcan — in the event a voter overdoses while waiting to vote.  There’s also the threat of poll workers possibly handling fentanyl-laced absentee ballots and driver’s licenses.  That’s why the election supervisor in Hart County, Robin Webb, has trained her poll workers on the use of Narcan.
