Political challenger emerges in District Two

Sources in place to know have told 101.7/WGOG NEWS that a newcomer will seek the office this year of Seat Two, Oconee County Council.  She is India Lancaster, wife of Jim Mann, chairman of Oconee Republicans.  The District Two seat is held by Matthew Durham, who has announced he’ll seek re-election.  This year Oconee voters fill the seats of Seats, 2, 4, and 5 for both county council and the school board.
