Police ID wanted man in fraud investigation

A man with ties to both Seneca and Clemson has been identified by the police as a man wanted on 23 warrants.  The Seneca police say it’s an investigation into identity fraud complaints in various South Carolina locations.  The wanted man is identified by the Seneca police as Shaqueal Volvo Verner.  And information can be directed to Investigator Terramano at 864/973-3228 or the Seneca Police Department at 864/885-2718.
