Pickup wound up sideways in Seneca accident

An accident amid the lunch time traffic on the 123 Seneca ByPass tied up a section of the highway 10 to 15 minutes until both vehicles could be removed.  The police reported no injuries in the crash of a 2020 Genesis sedan driven by a 61-year-old Seneca woman and a 2020 Chevy pickup truck driven by a 21-year-old Commerce, Georgia woman.  An account provided to 101.7/WGOG NEWS by Capt. B-J McClure indicated that, at 12:50 pm, the car headed east through Miracle Circle slowed down in traffic after crossing the railroad spur line track. In back of the Genesis was the pickup, and both the car and the truck encountered a backup at 123 and the Frontage Road.
