Online deed checks not available

The online records system of the Oconee Register of Deeds is currently unavailable, and the third-party responsible for the system has yet to offer a timeline for it to be back up and running.  County personnel are available during regular hours to help with deed searches and, on request, may provide copies.  You can reach the Register of Deeds Office at 864/638-4285.  Email [email protected].
