On Seneca’s 150th, city likely to have new comprehensive plan

From two bids, Seneca will turn to a Charlotte, North Carolina company to undertake the city’s next comprehensive plan.  The assignment goes to the  company Benchmark, which the city’s Ed Halbig says, will charge $60 thousand to deliver it.  Halbig, Seneca’s planning and community development director, told city council that the plan is for the comprehensive plan to be ready by next year, when Seneca’s celebrates 150 years of incorporation.
