Oil losses lower pump prices

The price of oil suffered losses last week and that, according to AAA, enabled the pump charge for gasoline to back away from record highs.  The lower global price of crude oil is now more than $20 cheaper.  By yesterday, South Carolina’s gas price average was $3.96, a 10-cent drop from the week previous.  After hitting a record $4.11 March 11, the national average fell to $4.25.  Two weeks ago, fuel prices surged after Russia invaded Ukraine.  AAA says you can make your gas go the extra mile by eliminating senseless driving and by keeping your vehicle in tip-top shape.
